Resources"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"nav\">\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div id=\"post-2253\">\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>In an earlier post talking about Facebook, I suggested that so many agents get caught up in NOT participating in social media or blogging because they fear they \u00e2\u20ac\u02dchave nothing to say!\u2019 \u00c2\u00a0Of course nothing could be further than the truth \u00e2\u20ac\u201c agents hold a wealth of info in their minds with their local market knowledge and experience.\u00c2\u00a0 However, for a Realtor, to be great at social media and\/or blogging they need to have quick access to great content to either<em> <\/em>post as a link,\u00c2\u00a0directing people to read an article or to inspire you &#8211;
